Neon Rave

Oh gawd....so like I have a very vague idea what a rave is...I've never been to one, and yeah. Glow sticks and electro-music and lights 'n stuff, I really don't know. >.> *triiiied*

For Nyoko, 'cause she drew me a Storm ! It's her OC Neon the Hegnsnogn. I was totally going to draw Mercurial / Sirius, but she's a wolf now and I didn't wanna kill her design...plus I like Neon's bright color scheme @_@

I'm almost certain I messed up the headband, I dunno if the red was part of her band, or if they were sunglasses.
